Definition
Pronouns are used to reflect the subject
Subject and object is the same person or thing (in actual)
Subject is subject pronoun or noun and related to reflexive pronoun
Sample
1. Dona buys sweater for doni - even doni is the same subject and object it's wrong in grammar
2. Dona buys sweater for her - her is object pronoun and it reflect Dona. it's wrong in grammar
3. Donna buys sweater for herself - pronoun reflect subject

Ricko and I are working together - correct, use subject pronoun

Janetta called me last night - correct, use object pronoun
