Regular Verb

Verb that have same standard regular pattern end-form in simple past and past participle tense. The pattern refer to the last character of the verb.

Note: 1-5 for single syllable & 6-7 for double syllables

2. Three distinct forms 

    some tips (but not always)
  • If V1 contain vocal "i" in last syllable, change with "a" in V2 and "u" in V3. see: begin - began - begun
  • If V1 contain double vocal "ea" in last syllable, change with "o" in V2 and delete "e" and add 'n" into V2 form for V3. see: swear - swore - sworn
  • If V1 end with consonant "w" or vocal "e", just add "n"  in V3. see: throw - thrown, drive - driven
